THEKEY ENTERTAINMENT supplies two in-house ensembles for official events in Korea — Amante, a classical crossover vocal group of 2 to 4 singers, and Quattro Amor, a string trio or quartet. We have performed 140+ times at 85 institutions without stage construction or theatrical lighting. A pair of wireless microphones and a floor area of roughly 5m × 3m is all a venue needs to provide.
Why organisers choose us
Event managers rarely worry about musical quality. They worry about the thing that fails at 2pm with three hundred guests seated.
We have played plazas, school halls, gymnasiums, lobbies, library reading rooms and nursing-home dining rooms exactly as they were. Stage and lighting lines disappear from your budget.
Our standard contract carries an equivalent-level substitute clause, and we keep stand-ins for every voice part.
Seven days out you receive a timed cue sheet listing microphone counts, playback routing and speech slots — plus which piece we drop if the programme runs late.
Fees
Programmes run from 650,000 for a short slot to 3,200,000 for a large combined ensemble. The figures below are the usual starting points. VAT is not included. Full fee tables, travel bands and every option are published in Korean on the main site, and a calculator there produces a written quotation instantly.
| Ensemble | Typical use | From |
|---|---|---|
| Vocal — 2 singersAmante | Ceremony congratulatory slot, 15–20 min | 900,000 |
| Vocal — 3 singers | Ceremony or main programme slot | 1,200,000 |
| Vocal — 4 singers | Anniversary galas, main programme | 1,500,000 |
| Strings — 3 playersQuattro Amor | Reception or banquet background, 30–40 min | 950,000 |
| Vocal + strings combined | Strings cover the meal, voices take the ceremony — 40–60 min | 2,200,000 |
Travel inside Seoul and Gyeonggi Province is not charged. Beyond that it is billed by one-way road distance and headcount, measured from Seoul City Hall (110 Sejong-daero, Jung-gu, Seoul) to the venue — a reference point you can verify on any map. Where the actual route is shorter than that, we bill the shorter distance. A site survey is not included by default — we add it, at a fixed fee, only where the room is unusual or you ask for one, and it comes back as a measured report covering stage area, power, circulation and dressing space.
Repeat and multi-day engagements. Where the audience is split into groups on the same day — common at schools — each extra performance is charged at a fixed amount per performer: the six-piece combined 50–60-minute programme is KRW 4,000,000 for two performances and 5,500,000 for three. Consecutive days are charged day by day, with travel charged once. If the venue has no sound system we bring our own for KRW 700,000 per day.
Paperwork
Public bodies in Korea need a specific paper trail, and needing it three weeks early is normal. None of this is prepared on request — it is prepared already and sent on request.
Quattro Amor performed the string quartet programme at GAROK Night, the UCLG ASPAC General Assembly hosted with the Governors Association of Korea in Goyang, September 2025. We are comfortable working to a protocol running order and with an interpreter on the production team.
